Strange noise at bottom end video

I've got a video here of the bottom end making a noise I'm not 100% what it is hopefully someone will be able to tell me if this noise is normal for the Z22SE or not.

I'm going to make the upgrade to a electric water pump so the bottom chain will go anyways but I don't wanna start wasting my time till I know it's running ok.

The incomplete has shown up which I don't know why yet and the error code for the knock has come on but I think it was me switching over to LPG at the wrong time or something but don't know. The car feels feel bottom end of the rev range but top end feels like it's not 100%. Any help would be awesome thanks
