Snow Foam

Applied using a foam lance attached to your pressure washer, snow foam creates a really thick, suddy coat that you leave to dwell on your vehicle for around 5 minutes. During this time the thick foam encapsulates the dirt and lifts it away from the paints surface, when rinsed the dirt is removed safely. This provides a safe way to pre wash your car ready for shampooing. To use, add an inch of snow foam solution into the lance bottle and then top up with water.

Attach to your pressure washer and you're off,

Not only does snow foaming look impressive but the thick foam traps the dirt and pulls it safely off with the foam, as you can see below

Then you're ready to rinse off,

Traditionally snow foams have leaned towards the alkaline side which can strip wax and sealants which is great if you’re looking for more of a traffic film remover. Now though there is more choice depending on what you’re looking for but they all share the same benefit of being diluted to a strength to suit you. At a greater concentration, Citrus wash and gloss is able to remove old wax, or if you’re looking for something that will also remove tar, Iron X Snow Soap should do the job. If you want something that is wax safe and pH neutral, Valet Pro’s pH neutral snow foam will do the job. And if you want a general all rounder then Auto Finesse avalanche can be used as a snow foam and at a lesser concentration as a shampoo. Whichever snow foam you opt for, you can optimise its result by using a foam lance attached to a pressure washer.
