slight misfire

Has anyone had a problem with a slight misfire

I have a vectra c 2.2 sri 52 plate
Have changed plugs
Air filter
Fuel filter
Coil pack
Egr blanked and cheater fitted

No codes or eml

And still it persists with what I can only call a misfire at idle not causing major problems
But I prefer a car running nice and smooth

Bit stumped now

Any suggestions greatly appreciated

Clean out throttle body

Only 4 bolts on the front aint it
Whats best to use to clean it with

carb cleaner/ brake cleaner..

Will get some cleaner from halfords in morning n strip off throttle body and give it a go

Finally got time and weather to clean throttle.body
Must admit it was black
Acceleration is better
But still have the stutter.on revs when sat at idle
Gonna give up looking for now

misfire at idle would be lumpy and struggling to idle, hunting

is it misfiring slightly when you accelerate from idle ?

Idles fine but seems like it.misses.

Easiest way is to say on idle it goes badooom as a miss

What about water pump.
Did have small
Leak but friend got me to put rad seal in I think
Also worried now as some white on dipstick

Are there any tests I should get done

Taking to local.garage monday to have pressure test again and get them to check water pump.

If its not this im dreading cracked head or.head gasket as ruled out nearly everything else.with help from everyone here

Another thing only just noticed water pipes from rad on left are hot. On right side of engine cold

Not very mechanically minded but with instructions I can do it or at least try

Thermostat is shut solid.
Had.sniffer test and head gasket gone

Had thermostat
Head gasket and water pump all done this week
