Found this on ebay, how difficult would it be to fit?? And will it work?

I bought one a week ago haven't quite got round to fitting it but the instructions that come with it aint great but if you have a look around AOC there is a good step by step guide

fitted mine last saturday

pain in the ass to fit and took me the good part of 3 hours

works a treat though

What kind of grease did you use when you fitted it cos I have no idea what I should be looking for

Ive just finished fitting my one
it makes a differnace, 2-3 hours is about right
have a vacuum cleaner handy to clean out all the dust that builds up under the surround
and some kitchen roll to clean off the old grease
i used lithium grease that i had to hand
