Just got my renewal through from Chris Knott, and rather dissapointed that dispite getting my 5 years no claims, they'd put the premium up

Quick call to Adrian Flux, who beat the renwal with a much lower excess (originally £450 down to £250).

Gave Chris Knott a call, and they have agreed to match the quote from Adrian Flux, so I don't have to mess about cancelling and taking out a new policy.

I've been more than happy with Chris Knott over the past 12 months, so had no issues staying with them once they agreed to match the best quote.
