right im done did not start till 7pm had a mahoosive tea to eat lol
90% of removing it was easy as most of the bolts had been copper slipped in the past the 10% that went wrong were with the white line anti roll bar the bolts had seized and sockets would not fit had to take the bolt out from the chassis to get room to fit the spanner in with the ARB off the rest was easy
here are some pics not many was really in to the job :)

before (wheels off)

one hub off

the lonely after pic
WP_000616.jpg

in the pics you can see a icicle hanging from the back bumper
but it really was not that cold had some work gloves on that helped with keeping me hands warm

and i only had to put £2 in the swear box when the bolt snapped of the cheap aussie ARB

i've got 4 bottles of schutz in the boot ready for tomorrow :)

That does look too good to go back under the car. Are you doing the RARB the same, or leaving it off now?

ive got some silver paint for the ARB but need to repair the mountings before it can go back on ive got all new bolts for it just a case for getting all the old ones off it

the heater made all the difference to painting the rear beam

Looks spot on.
thanks :)

ok so i went on to refit the arm here's some pics
copper slip every where
WP_000651.jpg

new bushes
WP_000653.jpg

i needed a way to get the beam under the car with out damaging the paint work hows this :)
WP_000654.jpg

only a case of bolting it up to the chassy then
WP_000655.jpg

got round to fitting the hubs and brake pipes springs and shocks
but when i was trying to bleed the caliper there was way to much air rechecked the nipple as it was blocked and stiff to get out
looks like it had wrecked the thread on removal
i tapped it out to 1/8NPT and fitted a refrigeration fitting with a shrader valve (tyre valve) its sealed and bled
