Just doing some small regular maintenance job on a PC with a thermal issue, when I opened the case found out why

Now I have seen some dirty / and dusty PCS but this had a nice even spread of dust all over the m\b and the CPU and PSU fan could hardly spin god knows how it was even working






So a quick blast with the compressor and a Henry next to it so I didn't breath in all the $h1te, a strip down of the PSU and all bearings re-oiled. It was all up and running. TBH I thought it may not fire up as the dust was holding it together.

there dust magnets computers n tvs etc.

i need to do this to mine and moms pc moms keeps shutting down so i know its time for it lol
mines a bit more technical as you need a crane to get it from under the desk 110psi blow out soon clears it up

They do seem to like the dust and dead skin

This was the first I have seen with a even coating across the m\B lol, as you say Carl a blast with a compressor soon cleans out the muck.

We've had some nasty PC's at work like that. Especially the ones kept under the desks.

lol I use my stihl blower as my compressor is up the farm the blower does a good job nearly 200mph wind
