My car was a complete mess about a week ago. Because someone who I loaned my hose to didn't return it to me, had to resort to the 50 bucket method lol. The day after I went over with Showroom Shine for quickness, was really pleased with the results tbh! :D

Car needs a good days detailing, need to get some more detailer spray for my Clay and get some good metallic polish. It's desperate!

Just washed the Ibiza for the first time in months, it needs a decent clay as well, did a bit of rotary action in a couple of places. Best of all cleaned the alloys and layers of paint came off the great job the car supermarket did didnt last long at all, poor finish and poor prep!

Well I couldn't cope with the state of the wheels, did a bit of research and popped to a local'ish company today, decided on the colour finish, loan wheels on.

They are not just getting sanded and painted but, tyres off, fully stripped, either dipped or bead blasted, checked and repaired if need be. Base coat / powder coat then finish and clear coat.

Tyres then re-fitted with new valves and balanced.

Birmingham is very competitive for alloys, big business over here

they do same day refurb now where you either drop alloys in or drop car in for a day and relieve you of between £30-£45

sandblast and powder coat £30 an alloy

looking into a company that picks up the alloys from my house and delivers em back

si looks like the company that done your alloys simply gave them a quick dusting over

metallic pink with green spots ? lol
still not a bad price for strip clean ,fix and coating

How did you guess :) no going for a colour called silver Chrome, looks spot on to the OEM FR colour with a very slight met look.

That is a good price, the speedywheels one sounds similar to what I am having done, as for a dusting a think they just chucked some paint on most of it going on the inner archers and old brake discs and pads!
