courtenay say they make a point to fit a 2.5 inch system on all the recent conversions (maybe why quite a few now get above 240). I have nickb's old milltek system and the back box has something come loose inside it which could also be causing problems. I want to try to warranty return in and get the turbo one instead (2.5" with 2.5" u-bend)

yeah it's nice.. unbelievable really, it will certainly keep me entertained for a while in spite of being 10bhp short, it's still rather insane :confused:
(I need to reconnect the traction control :) )

Brilliant! Does your traction still work even when its on? Mine doesn't! The TC can't hnadle the power anymore.

This power is with the standard LSJ-size SC pulley??

The top end can do a bit better and the exhaust restriction will be your first concern.
I also wonder what cam timing can do on the 2,2 sc's. At some point the overlap will cause fresh gas blow through, but not sure if that is an issue with these low boost pressures...
