that's around 18.5 mpg's 
first things to check would be,
Tyre pressures,
brakes not binding,
carrying excess weight,
driving style (keep it under 3000rpm will save fuel)
then on to checking sensors with a diag tool,
CTS, MAF, Lambda,
also check for exhaust leaks as these can effect the readings the lambda see's
