MTB Post mount or IS mount?

Just about to upgrade my calipers from cable to hydraulic. My confusion is do I have Post or IS mount? I think there IS with a bracket to turn then into post mount.

So, are they IS and is that as I mentioned a bracket so I can fit post mount as well.

Lol, I always wanted a grifter, I had a Striker then a Raleigh Burner.

That brings back memories twist crip 3 speed gears on the grifter, missed many a gear change and balls hitting the cross bar as your feet pedals slam to the floor...

doing a simple search and post mount calipers bolt directly to the fork with no bracket and you can get adaptors to convert between the 2 types http://www.ukbikestore.co.uk/product/21 ... -20mm.html looking at yours you have this adaptor so your front brake is both,the main mount is post mount
