Is it possible to swap an A20NFT into anything?

Hi guys, first post here. I was wondering how easy it would be to run an A20NFT engine in another vehicle? I can get an engine, I can get instruments/keys/ign/ecu on ebay and I can get a factory engine harness for it. Just wondering if it's possible? Will it run in another car with just the above or will there be any other can bus related issues? Would love to hear from anyone who has done this swap.
