the cheapest way would be to supercharge, but that will take you past 200bhp but also increase torque.
for N/A you would need, bigger cams, head work, new valve springs, raise CR, new exhaust manifold and full system, better inlet manifold possible throttle bodies? this will cost around double a supercharger build.
