You not find the burrs kept clogging up then? Hve to keep clearing mine out

Yea but i kept a small pot of SAS next to me and just kept diping the end of the burr in that. Or you could use wd40 some cutting oit or some normal engine oil mixed with water.

Inner wings about 2x 3inchs weaker tho....lol.....hope ure gonna weld the pieces back in.....

It'l be my first litle welding job once iv fixed my welder :roll:

I cant leave them as they are and i know its a bit dodgy but it saved me a load of time compared to lifting the whole engine out.

Bloody clever idea drilling the wing out saves removing the lump.

Yo burt,or any1 who knows..... Did you have to remap after this lovely job of a build?
ive just bolted my ported head on and have regrinds to go in,but was going to stick with standard cams for now without a map.
