help with new laptop ?

looking to get a new laptop or macbook have a budget of about £1000 will be used for internet, edit and play with photos off my go pro so may be some 4k ones then used to watch movies etc while travelling ?

any help or advice what to look for ?

I would recommend a laptop with some i7-4x processor

Yoga Pro looks fine.
For your budget you can get laptop good enough for gaming. Look at specs and compare.. mac have 2x slower cpu

Yea looked at a couple of the bigger ones for gaming but will take this in holidays and travelling around UK with work so wanted a smaller one. Main thing will be to edit gopro videos browse net and watch movies etc, but something that's quick at all the above as well lol

Alienware 17 looks fine with Quad-Core
