Euan Struthers I hav a Bertone the engine has started hitting rev limiter at 2-3000rpm, and timing chain noise periodically, then gasses up HELP »

3000rpm limiter is limp mode my advice is get it plugged in to see whats at fault could be a number of things causing limp mode
if the car has no history of having the chains done and its 10year old or covered 100k miles then its time to spend the money on replacing them

It's only done 70000 I put it on one a few weeks ago its code I'm sure wae p1919 I think

mileage dont matter if its older than 10years there still 10year old plastic parts p1919 is coolant temp sensor
