Any pointers vocky?

And do i get it painted while i'm doin it....Was thinkin maybe titanium if i do?

i wanted to have a go at mine but bottled it lmao!!!

if think if you intend on painting other bits then it would look ok, if its only the TB you are gonna paint then it would look out of place.

got silver on my engine cover already so it mite look ok...

you need to open up the exit ports, about 1.5mm all round, try and get as far into the ports as you can

then you need to modify the opening below where the tb sits

be very careful of the lefthand side (as viewed in the pic above)

otherwise the opening is only 54mm, so there's a 4mm restriction, open up carefully the lowest point of the entrance

this is the inside view, the red dots indicate where roughly to remove material

ps: you don't need to cut it open

Any chance of red dots on the other pic too ?....wot about the 2 platic lug type things...can they go or stay?

you need to do this to fit the 68mm, but otherwise just open the bottom of the hole and leave the top

the black arrow points to the thin walled section, be very careful or take none off there
