I hope im right :)
If not please correct me. You can find the original picture heare: http://www.abload.de/img/2012-05-0819.08.50njuji.jpg

A catch tank or filter for the rocker cover breather pipe isn´t alowed in Germany. I have to connect this hose to the intake.

tank valve to nipple on t/b is right
rocker cover breather needs to go to either a catch tank or to a small filter
brake servo pipe with the check valve to the take off on the charger
injector rail to inlet nipple
also there is another vacumn pipe which comes round from the rear of the engine ,originally its attached to the lower part of the original inlet manifold ,this also needs to go to the inlet nipple
the wastegate/actuator the pipe from that stays connected to the s/c the other one on there is left open to air

seems you have the 2.0lsj t/b which will require some pins altering in the plug

Thats in Germany not allowed. I have to connect the rocker cover breather to the inlet. Maybe i can connect it between the air filter and the t/b?

Ok i have to look for this hose

Do you kow where i can find the new connector assignment?

What a nice suprise seeing this tonight. Absolutely outstanding!

I have a Courtenay Sport lightened billet flywheel and an uprated clutch. The uprated clutch wasn't necessary but I just went with it whilst having the flywheel fitted.

Its been 4 years to the day since I collected my car from Courtenay after having the SC conversion.

Well done! (y)

Ok thats good to know. I have an offer of 600€ (=480£) for an flywheel and a uprated clutch. But i´m not shure if i´ll fit an M32 gearbox after this season and if i can use the clutch with the new gearbox.
But this are dreams for the future! Now i want as fist my engine running and than we will see what happen...

I think i´ll take this question to HiTec (the German partner company of Courtnay Sports) they are building up the speedsters heare in Germany. I think they will know what to do :)

If I were you I would connect your rocker cover breather pipe to an inlet on an oil catch tank and then run a pipe from the outlet to a point just in front of the throttle body on the inlet pipe?

Hi, nice drawing :)

I think that´s the way i´ll do it. Now i have to find a place for the catch tank :)
I guess a short way from the rock cover pipe to the catch tank should be good?

I tried to start the engine tody but i dont get it running with the standart software :(

I think that i changed to many items at one time. The new Map/Temp Sensor, the 68mm trottle and the big injectors. I only hat some misfirings. Checked the throttle --> working, checked the injectors --> working, checkt the spark plugs --> working.
When I pull the plug on the map sensor i can no longer control the throttle. I conclude that the Map-Sensor also works.

Has anyone experience with this?

The standard ecu map won't be able to support the conversion. You would need a SC base map.

Did you check the sequence from the injectorplugs? I did get it running for a minute and a half or so with the standard software. Just to check for leaks. It wants to stall but keep it going by giving it some gas if it does.

You need two men for this... One controlling the throttle to prevent it from stalling and one checking for leaks. That's how we did it.

I mean the order in which you reconnect the injectors. It should be the same as before you unplugged it.
