General service items that i should do on a unmantained car.

I recently bought a vectra b 2.2 sport and with the oilfilter being truly black and the accessory belt snapping I can only assume it has been pretty neglected. What are some other general service items I should do before it stops on the side of the road?

the fuel filter would certainly be on my list, also check the air filter, spark plugs and the pollen filter - so you are breathing in clean air inside the car
