Gaz coilovers

My jom coilovers snapped on the threads under the bonnet

So ive ordered some gaz coilovers does anyone know how long these normally take to be built and sent out?
The site i bought them from just said upto a month but surely for £750 they cant be a month. Also r shorter droplinks needed?

Did that happen whilst driving? Unlucky that if it did mine have always been fine touch wood.

Yeah Gaz can take up to 4 weeks as made to order.

Yep while driving, tbo i never noticed till i popped the bonnet t do my bi-weekly fluid checks n as i looked in the bay upon lifting the bonnet i was like summit aint rite here lol.
Took a minute or two t figure out what it was but the top. Mount washer was missing and it was sat on the leg near engine.

Ive seen many broken springs / leaking shocks n so on but never a shock that sheared the top off of it before.
As u say probably just unlucky but it prompted me to buy a decent set up at least.
