Nice work, is this going to be a stage 2?
yes its going stage 2 for now as theres not much time left to get it all fitted main goal is to get it all installed and running :)

it will have
3.1" stage 2 pulley
quad pass on the intercooler
large front mounted rad
filling tee to be upgraded to option b kit later on
thermal gaskets

Isn't stage 2 over 280bhp if so what internal work has been done? Also "quad pass" intercooler? How's that piped only seen the dual pass mod.

stage 1 = 205-215hp 3.3"
stage 2 = 215 -230hp 3.3 with cooling
stage 3 = 230 -260hp 3.1 with dual pass cooling
stage WTF = 280+ hp 3.1 and smaller with cooling mods

this one should be about 230-240 with the 3.1 pulley

quad pass is the standard setup on the inlet manifold :) the water makes 4 passes before exiting dual pass makes 2 passes before exiting single pass is one supply to all 4 cores and one exit from all 4 cores :)

So once I've modded the inlet to dual pass that's me in the 3+ bracket. :D

When you said quad pass I thought it was somehow different from standard :banghead:

iirc steves was 250ish ?
yep with dual pass your a stage three ish level lol
its hard to describe the quad pass other than saying ""standard"" lol

the cars running will post up some more pics and vid soon :)

new 3 legged puller was a dream for removing the stock pulley from the snout i liked it alot as you can see :)

cs bracket at the rear is a load of bull s**t and caused all manner of problems the evo style bracket was used and is still the better way :)

Just looked through old messages & my bad if was 260bhp @ 11psi

Once it's complete and up and running I'll get it dyno'd and see what it's putting out :)

Great work Carl as always, did shane have the ECU pre-mapped or did he have 2 ECUS?

Any Vids of it running.
he had a 2nd ecu to run the car then sent to orginal off for base map
vid will be here in a little while when its uploaded

shaine said it has eaten its 1st belt :) it was an alignment issue on the pulleys hopefully he has sorted it now my 1st belt got eaten pritty quick
