Coolant system

Just a small blonde moment here.

I am right is saying that the chargecooler water system is completely seperate from the engine water system? So if I was to drain the engine coolant it would have no effect on the chargecooler system?

Thanks for that chaps. I was thinking of changing the engine coolant at some stage and just wanted to be sure.
