Coolant leak from waterpump

Hi chaps
I have a question regarding a coolant leak on the water pump of my Z22SE lump. Looking at the attached photos, where would you say the leak is coming from? I have checked the two bolts in the pictures, and they are tight.
It also does not look like the leak is coming from the gasket on the pipe heading to the CTS.
Any ideas? Is there a seal inside the waterpump that can be replaced or is it better to replace the entire waterpump.
I don't have any oil in coolent or vice versa.

Hard to say where the leak is from those photo's. It doesn't look like it has the normal pink coolant stains visible. The pipe has an O ring at each end, you need to remove the housing for the thermostat/coolant temp sensor to get the pipe out so get a new seal for this as well.. There is also a drain hole at the bottom of the pump so if the seal on the pump shaft fails water doesn't go in to the sump. To replace the water pump without removing the chain cover/oil pump you need a service tool to hold the water pump sprocket in place.
