Cold start rattle help

Hi all I'm new lol I have a zafira 2.2 06 plate Sri with 98 k. Chains were done at 75k it has fsh but now suffering with a rattle on cold start and vibration on idle my last Bill was 1390 for chains head and the rest any help would be great or anyone willing to give me a price on how much I can get this done for please
