Im not sure, not alot of weight in the van, going abit to fast maybe, im not sure but im glad it wasnt me who did it.

But im aching all over now, been in the hottub for an hour soaking n i think my knee has swollen. It happed at 8ish this morning

n i hurd from someone who saw our van being recovered(going down the M1) that the roof or part of the roof flew off. I hope they picked it, im sure i can get it back in 1 piece.

Im not bad but i was walking about fine at 8 30 but since iv got stiffer n stiffer naching everywhere now

i dont think i will be able to move in the morning.

Not surprising really mate, best thing you can do is try and keep moving so that you don't stiffen up too much. Not easy I know but in the long run will be easier to deal with as you heal.

We've had a few like that this year.. they came in after we dismantled the old Rook aviary (where there were loads of whoppers!).. surprisingly fast.
I catch 'em and feed 'em to the frogs
