Gearbox before cleaning:

Fitteted also the clutch, flywheel and the gearbox to the engine. The starter and the oil coller got back in place too.

And my last work yesterday: Removed all the rust from the axle and painted it again:

did you have to get the rod bearings machined to suit the fillet on the forged crank ?

The loom of the Xenon lights witch i fitted a few years ago. Its ok but dont looks realy nice:

After fitting the oilsquirters i finally closed the engine. Now i onely have to finish the wring and the coolant :)

I like the trigger wheel and sensor. Very nice work

did you have the original crank pulley machined to loose the bump? Looks very well put together.

Thx, yup it is machined otherwise i cant fit the trigger wheel. Also i tried to make the hole thing as light as possible. The crank pully + the trigger wheel are onely + 0,15 kg and ther is no other trigger wheel inside the block so i saved a lot of wight :)
