anyone done this upgrade ?

i have been quoted £165 for the front is this a good price ?
thats for a set of

308mm disks
pair of brackets
and pads

Is this the Turbo size discs? I would also like to have bigger discs but can't be bothered to change the calipers as I would have to take it to a garage :roll:

yea the turbo disks mate.

you dont need to change the calippers do you just put new brackets on ?

this is the reply i had from stumpy :D

u use the old units u have bud no need to bleed out the system so the job is easy and relitivaly mess free

Yeah you use same calipers and no bleeding involved, just by caution remove the top off the brake fluid reservoir , so the fluid can easily come back up when you push the pistons back in the caliper!.
