2.2 yh change cam chains or not

Hi everyone have purchased a vectra 2.2 yh engine on a 58 regarding my question is would it be advisable to change the chains and tensioners the car has done 80400 with full service history every year engine has no issues with ticking noises etc only issue is a intermittent noise from the auxiliary belt of which I think it needs a new one or even a tensioner as when I spray the belt the noise goes any advice please on the chains

hi pal I bought mine with 73000 , z22se not z22yh , but 73000 on clock guides fell to bits so , I know its got full service history , but if youre keeping the car for a while , get them changed for piece of mind, and use genuine gm,,,

Hi yeah had a quote last week for 650 plus vat with proper vaux parts from an independent specialist and from vauxhall quoted 1200 and yes I intend to keep it

have a look on ebay mate , should be no more than £250 for both chains kits, ask how much to fit them and you get them ?? the balance chain is same on the z22se,z22yh, z20net, b207 engines ,, but the z22yh has different cam sprockets , did mine last month ,got the balance shaft kit for £99, and timing chain kit for £125,,,worth having a look,,,,,,,,

Will these be oem vauxhall parts because I was told only fit vauxhall parts for the chains and tensioners as aftermarket ones are not that reliable
