Removal Of Rear Screen-wash Plastic Jet

Hi Folks, 5/01 CDX Estate - I have rust around the rear screen wash plastic jet - have tried to gently prise it out but to no avail. Removed the interior trim panel but cannot see down between the door skins to see what holds the jet in place. Anyone out there able to help. Tks. Ian Kemp
