    licence plate light bulp

    I bought this bulp http://www.ebay.com/itm/140902784364?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 wanted to put it in the back bumper slot for licence light , but it doesnt work . The normal 12v bulp works . Why this one doesnt ?
