    Hi Lenny, The genuine GM part number for the Astra is 12567487 - Fuel Evaporation Control Valve, which comes with part of the evaporator pipe assembly (kind of in a kit). The above part number may be superseded now to part no. 24427687 Hope this helps you out. :)

    My Vectra had just ticked over 124,000 (+3) miles at the recent MOT but likewise has only done just over 20,000 miles in the last ten years. It's had GM 5W30 fully synthetic oil for the oil changes ever since I've owned it from six months old. :)
