as title says. Unbolted the heat shield this morning av have a huge crack in mine.

any thoughts on why this sounds so noises??? Timing and balancing chains been done, New altinator,tensioner and belt. Ready scrap the thing now never had so much trouble with a car!!

started the car this morning to fetch pet food,all was good came out of the shop started the car battery light stayed on and no power steering,belts fine still on not snapped so drove home struggling steer,got home switched the car of then on again and all was fine.now this has baffled me?

as the title says I fitted new balancing and timing chain double and triple checked everything drove round for around 30 mins after and it started to rattle again! I've tryed searching on the forum but can't seem to find an answer have I done something wrong when fitting??

hi all,I've got my hands on some second hand Morretts but could do with a wiring diagram to help me wire them in properly,if any 1 has them on there Astra g and could post a quick pic of there wiring or just tell me what colour wires are for what please would be a great help.?? Thanks.

hi all my names Kev from Stoke on Trent,just had the Astra mk 4 2.2 convertible,fist of going to attempt the timing and balancing chain never attempted the chain before but done a few belts,so hope to get some advice from here before taking it all apart!!
