Dunno about the shocks, they passed the MOT in January but ive never touched em. Never had anything done wheel bearing wise either. Guess ill start with the bushs and work from there. Cheers!

Presumably the noise went then, when you sorted the battery? Well, I've just unplugged all the injectors and reconnected them one at a time and checked for the noise after each one. The noise disappeared when all the injectors were unplugged and was present again with each of them reconnected...

Just a note to add on this, the buzzing stops when I crank the engine, but then when I stop cranking the buzzing comes back even louder until I switch the ignition off. Any ideas? Thanks

Hello everyone, I've just finished rebuilding my 2.2 with the new head, oil pump etc and when I've come to put the fuel rail on, and I'm missing on of the stud bolts. Does anyone have one spare that I could buy? Here's a couple of pics to show you what I mean!

Mine was the rear lambda sensor when the light came on. Not the cheapest thing to replace for such a small part, I found one on eBay (secondhand) for £15 and have had no problems since. Worth a look!

No, I just bolted the tensioner in like it said in the TV chain swap guide - I suspected in should be tight and not showing slack. I'll push the guide back against it and see what happens! Thanks Damo

Hello everyone - I've just replaced the cam chain on my Z22SE although I haven't yet put the oil pump on. I've turned the engine a few times on the crank pulley but there seems to be a bit of slack in the chain. My initial thoughts are that it's just the tensioner not being charged with oil yet...
