the z22se internals will fit and so will the b207 head.
I have built that spec engine before.
for info: the vvt head does not fit a B207 / z22se block, due to the oilways for the vvt solenoids in the vvt head.
you would be best to replace both chain kits
balancer chain kit z22se £99 - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GENUINE-GM-VAUXHALL-ASTRA-H-ZAFIRA-B-2-2-BALANCE-TIMING-CHAIN-KIT-55563405/172213674221?epid=1323029432&hash=item2818bc20ed:g:aTAAAOSw-jFXPzZP
cam chain kit z22se £129 -...
your compression test is good, so it appears there are no bent valves. That is amazing !
In the UK genuine timing chain kits are usually cheaper than pattern kits, so we use genuine GM
I think 425-450 would be perfect.
My plan is a hybrid turbo, ported head and inlet, ported throttle body, ProAlloy chargecooler and a 3" non-res exhaust system. Coupled with my Courtenay intake and Cobra downpipe. Stage 3 clutch will also be needed. Plus Wiseco pistons and Molnar steel rods.
