nice work ,, the big round thing on your clutch will be in the way if you go turbo ,,, use a corsa c elbow , its a 90 degree elbow ,and put the round thing ???? (not sure what it is ) near your gearbox,,

think you will need a z20net inlet gasket ,,,

it has a total different pvc , should come in the inlet manifold cant see anyone removing it from manifold ,,

its got a few more pipes on inlet but you can blank them off,,

ive not tried it but ,you will only find out if you try it,, cant see any problems trying it,

straight fit pal,,

don't think its smaller , I only moved brake pipes just I case they heated pipes up ,,

I have about 20mm at back of turbo after panel beating bulkhead, as you can see in pics you have none before, I also ran brake and clutch pipes into bulkhead to avoid heat from turbo,,

that is a td04 t14 in pics,, but have t19 fitted now,,

supposed to be 270ish I think , I have pics somewhere ill see if I can find them ,,

just looked brown/green oil level,

must be the oil level sensor like kevinh said,, don't know if all z22se had it or not ????

no I didn't do the balance shaft delete on this engine ,, I was using oil on the old engine before I blow it up ,, had a idea it had something to do with the b/s delete , so didn't do the forged engine ,, and not used any oil ,,,might have been something else ,

I have no cat but still have it connected , ??

check see if you have wires going to the temp sensor, rear of engine follow big water pipe to thermostat its just around corner in the thermostat housing ,would explain why its running crap,,

that's the rear oxygen sensor fits into a bracket on top of gearbox,,, don't know why its unplugged ????????????????
