measure from the front surface of the block where the balancer shafts go in, use a tool/drift/socket and extension bar, mark the tool at surface level and at 7.5mm out from then then drive bearing back...
save your money, the gains from a manifold are minimal without cams and a remap. by which time you are 3/4 of the way to a supercharger with another 80+ bhp on top of cams and manifold.
Flowed head, balancer delete, lightend flywheel and full exhaust with a sport cat would be my first steps into...

All depends on the price. If they can match or beat the price then it would be good.
