Just wondering with the z22se plastic rocker cover the cam end bit interested in how you will deal with that I had to weld the net rocker end up to suit the z22se head but I'm sure you will have thought of that and have a great plan to make it work

What head u using?

Get 4 wheel alignment done. But be prepared to buy new camber arms as the bolts seize in the bush and u have to snap the bolts out and replace the bolts but they come with the fai arms (euro car parts) about £20 a side

Anyone got any piston rings, head gasket n maybe forged rods? Smoking pretty bad when warm Done the valve stems, and turbo cartridge is brand new

Well I fitted a cartridge 130quid still smokes so had valve stem seals done (a lot better but still smokes) Now iv ordered a pcv valve from vauxhall to do very soon. If not its rings :(

Iv just fitted a new cart ridge in my turbo n get a bit of smoke when I sit at lights or junctions when warm I think I need to get the manifold off n stick a new pcv valve :(

Well turbo oil feed off n into a bottle n got about 250ml in about 10/15seconds so I don't think there's owt wrong with the pump. So next is take cams out and lifters n rice through with petrol n blow down with the compressor

Giz a clue then Carl I'm gonna check I have oil pressure at the turbo before rushing into owt.
