Z22YH Z22YH crankshaft diameter/bearing tolerances

Hi, i would be rebuilding an Z22YH engine very soon, so i want to know if the same clearances of and dimensions for crankshaft main/bigend bearings apply to both Y22YH and SE or has the YH other dimensions and wear clearances?

Hi,

The Z22YH has different specifications to the Z22SE.

The table below shows the dimensions and clearances.

Hope that helps. :)

they both use the same big/main bearing parts and the the cranks are interchangeable but the SE wont run on the YH ecu (6+1) and the YH wont run on the SE ecu (60-2) so you have to keep the same cranks se for se and yh for yh
l61 is the z22se lsj is the b207/z20net

Hi, that comparison table is great.
The thing about other trigger wheel is well known. Some time ago i swapped on my car the SE for an YH and, i wanted to rebuild the SE but the car drives to this day great. I also posted here on forum an universally adjustable triggerblade for the crank pulley. But now my neighbor has a failed YH (he left a workshop to swap chains and the "professionals" sealed the oil pan wich a too much silicone, and because this engine has pressure switch on lump insted of head, the head restrictor was clogged wich silicone and and some of the cracked steel and aluminium penetrated crank bearing surfaces so it needs a full rebuild) Thats why i asked about the tolerances for those engines. So now i can use my old stock wich i buyed when i was planning to reubuild my old SE.
