Looks like that is the tool to retain the water pump sprocket while the pump is being removed (Vauxhall Kent Moore tool KM-J-43651) rather than the camshaft locking tool (KM-6148) although no need for this, as we all know, because the chains have coloured links to aid timing alignment.

The top item in the box with the two big silver pins is the cam locking tool. It's helpful when swapping cams.

Ah yes, I can see the camshaft locking tool now, my eyes were obviously not working too well yesterday .

I wouldn't waste your money on the camshaft locking tool though, because as mentioned above, the chains have coloured links to aid alignment which is foolproof. If you are renewing the timing and balance chains ensure you buy the genuine GM kits and put the money saved on the tool towards these because they are more expensive. The genuine kits last well and fit properly which saves doing the job again in two years time which many people have found when fitting aftermarket kits.
