    Got a hold of the breather screw and nipple, Is it a press fit, or heat fit between nipple and screw. Also after fitting the new breather, do You plug the old one with the flimzy plastic cap?

    Was thinking of having the sensor pendicular to the wheel, if thats no good pleace let me konw..... I have med some adjustmets to the drawing of the triggerwheel and have sendt it to my former employer for cutting... they will make one bracket so I can check it for adjustments.....before we make...

    Think I'm getting closer with design of the trigger wheel.... found this after searching high and low on the net: http://www.motor.com/magazine/pdfs/112004_11.pdf So back to the drawing board; sync notch at 55 adtc

    In the MGS manual it states that the sync puls notch should be 70* after the notch for cylinder 1 is at TDC, the triggerwheel/bracket I have drawn the sensor and wheel aligned with the tining mark at tdc.... I dont want to make triggerwheels and brackets that do not funktion..... so can some...

    The access cover I have is 3mm thick + gasket 0,2mm, is the b207 access cover slimmer than the z22se?

    Thanks vockey... does the trigger wheel look okay, timing gaps and placment of notches, if 4 mm thickness is better 4mm it is....

    Trigger wheel 5mm Raex 355 (cut from lazer grade sheets) Is 5mm to thick/ to thin? (blak steel good magnetic prop... Bracket 5mm Alu 57S cut from lazer grade sheets (aluminium for seawater)... and bends well in the bystronic bendingmachine.... Any thoughts on material choise???

    It's just to be sure my measurments are correct(I have just the cover and the pulley.. that is not mounted to the crank... so it probably best to measure on a engine that is mounted together)
