hey guys looking for 1.8 lowering springs if anyone has any

hi its 2 nuts have sheared off iv been tod the only 2 ways to drill them out is to drop out the engine or strip the head down but as i have no experience in this how much does this cost ?

this is the code that popped up on the ecu code reader P0041 O2 Sensor Signals Swapped Bank 1 Sensor 2/ Bank 2 Sensor 2 is this something to look into further

well i was worried incase it was the timingh chain but after tightening the exhaust nuts its got quiter i went to my local motor factor for new bolts and gasket but they dont stock them so need to go to a dealer

cheers johnny making me feel better a wee bit as i found a exhaust manifold nut missing and the gasket blownso might explain the rattle on start up

i just took off the outlet manifold cover to see if the exhaust manifold needed tightend and i found.... one of the bolts missing from the manifold and the gasket is blown so i will be fixing that soon and keep posted if the noise goes away

does that mean their might not be anything with it?

hi there just reading your posts and to say i have similar problem my engine makes a tapping when started up and goes away when warm ive been told it could be the tappets and the oil needs to get to them to stop the noise but like you im confused especially after reading all these posts about...

cheers johnny il look into that anotha thing is my ecu came on and i got it checked and it was a o2 sensor it was a friend who checked he said sometimes these things can pop up without there actually being a fault is this true??

hi and thanks for the post. i noticed to buckles on both front wheels which i think was the problem because i changed the front wheels to the back and the vibes dont happin till 80mph now where as b4 it was 60-65 and the vibes are not as bad as they were im going to get new alloys anyway and...

i sprayed the window guides and the window closes properly now no problems thanx again for advice :thumbup:

yeeeah got a battery from halfords was expensive but no starting problems anymore cheers m8 :thumbup:

not got it sorted yet but im jacking it up 2moz as ive got a day off work will get it all looked at !
