It's depends on car model. For Zafira it's pain, even got to remove air conditioner tubes from compressor in order to remove the manifold.

You got Signum 2.2 direct? I'm no expert, but it seems to be screwed up ecu.

Indicator of overfueling would be overheating of exhaust manifold. Check that also.

Hey mate. I was working on prototype of cdc3 emulator for cdr600 / ccrt700. However, as i don't have a working cdc3 unit, I can't clone the communication of it. So the project is stuck at the moment :( Its seems to be impossible to find cdc3. Keep in mind, that ncdr ccd3 version doesn't work...

Hey patricks I think I tried everything. 1) cleaned inlet valve 2) pcv, camcover to inlet egr mod 3) oil cap mod https://z22se.co.uk/threads/my-version-of-the-filler-cap-breather-mod.28430/ 4) different oils.. Nothing actually helps. Next will try valve seal replacement in near future :D
