same fitment for the fuel filter if i am not mistaken

stealers sell part but you have to replace everything including servo i think

i used a heatgun to loosen plastic and used a bit of high pressuse hose and some jubilee clips, it sealed fine on my vectra

beaware though as fitment on vectra b and astra is different as i found out, might look the same but the diameter is different

3 steps ahead mike :)
pipe was from a vec b z22se the larger type its bigger than the fuel filter pipe
the 90* bend from the vec b was heated with the heat gun yesterday and made to fit the shape then i used the non return valve from the vec b pipe cut my line and fitted it to the larger pipe of the vec but as it was old part and the plastic clip was brittle
when i tried to remove the yellow clip today it snapped so just need the yellow clip
im not going to use jubilees in that location it would make the hole thing look shat going for the oem look :)

That's a different belt run from mine. Mine goes on top of the alternator pulley, underneath the bracket pulley, to the left and up on the charger pulley and then down to the a/c pump.
1.5mm clearance was indeed needed to give the belt some room

Some really detailed stuff in this thread now Carl (y)
thanks matt theres not really a supercharger guide as such so have been getting info off the other guys @pottsey and @z22se-fan and i have to thank them for their help
its not a bolt on solution otherwise i would have finished 5 days ago lol every part has had to be moved or modified to get it to fit and the info is all in here it may help others or it may help others find a better way
:)
Nearly there now, it has had some hours on this build now.
well its had quite a lot of hours since christmas :) just hope it all goes to plan the next 2 days so i can use it for work monday

i think fitting everything around the manifold is the problem no room in the astra

list of things to do
  • modify battery tray to hold new battery
  • make battery leads fit to the battery
  • make mount for ecu
  • extend the injector wires (just needs wiring in)
  • extend the fuel vent wires (just needs wiring in)
  • extend the MAP sensor wires (just needs wiring in)
  • extend the TB wires
  • fit better belt tensioner(bearings gone in mine)
  • plug hole in supercharger (old map location)
  • fit supercharger
  • fit new 5pk 1440 belt
  • bend fuel line more out of the way
  • make FPR pipe fit
  • fit pipe for fuel vent
  • fit K&N if it ever gets here!
that lot should get me running :) will then measure up for the charge cooler rad and buy one and a pump
then im going to buy the bits to make a stainless manifold still need a template to work from @stokie :)
