Looks brilliant. You my want to consider adding a oil catch tank or maybe extending the hose from the cam breather outlet so that the breather filter is further down in the engine bay, almost hanging out at the bottom venting to the atmosphere so to speak.

Since I've had my supercharger fitted, the engine breathes much more heavily and there can be smell from the breather that fills the engine bay which finds its way back through my air vents.

Yes that is already done, I done it after I took the last pictures, it`s now placed nearby the fuel breather pipe. But thanks for the tip anyway 🙂
Actually how does the car behave after the SC-conversion, more torque all the way??? 🙂 or just at the top??

HUGE amounts of torque from bottom to top!! There's torque everywhere in the rev range. Instant power. I can't explain it but you'll know what I mean as soon as you drive away. My car is quite heavy and it moves very quickly. Its going to be mental in your car!! You'll love it! Here's my torque graph....

what did you connect the FPR pipe to? and the fuel tank breather (I think that's what is is)... and the little takeoff on top of the manifold.. looks like you've bent it shut?

What is happening with your EGR valve? I used to have the EGR cheater fitted but when Jon was mapping he had to remove the cheater as it didn't like it.

Jon now thinks the EGR cheater will be ok.

I still have my FPR pipe connected to the one way valve that I bougth when I installed the 2.4 manifold, the one on the vacum hose for the brakes.
The fuel tank breather, I guess you mean the one that is normally connected to the top of the manifold, I have that one connected to the take-off on the 68mm TB. Still have the EGR cheater and hope that it will work 🙂

Time for a little update, I have finnaly got a bit of time to work on the car again.
The Piper cam`s are out.

A Piper exhaust manifold is on, after a lot of work, had to warm it up and straighten out the flange and remove a lot of bumps after the welding, the manifold looks good at first, but Im not impressed over the quality of the work. :thumbdown: But after some hours with a Dremel etc.. it`s good. showo..

Took the car for a ride today and i think it`s quite fast after the conversion, and I love the whiiine 🙂 all we need now is the summer to come..

Same here, spent several hours with a dremel and the torch to get it in decent shape. I even did go a step further; reshaped the side wall a bit and welded a conical transition in the middle with a small divider plate to merge 1+4 and 2+3. This makes it a mini 4-2-1 and should now flow quite well. 😃

(Edit: While I was busy with the welder, closing the EGR channel on the flange was an easy task... 8) )

The good thing is that the heatshield fits. Must for an SC car!

What base circle had your pipers? Read that the lifters really don't like that much smaller than stock...

What diameter is your Larini exhaust?
And how does it go and sound now with the new manifold??

The Larini system is 2.25" I think :crazy: I know the DeCat pipe is 2.25", because I had to ad a silencer to it, after I got the SC on. So instead of a Cat I have a Vibrant Performance silencer. (http://vibrantperformance.com/catalog/p ... ucts_id=45) it was to noisy without it.
Now its fine at idle and normal driving, but its quite loud at high revs 😃

Maybe I just had bad luck with mine..
