Where this has a filter on it you, just connect the catch tank, looks neater and works well. You could use it for the head breather if you want. I would not recommend it though and certainly do not attach the gearbox and head breather together (supercharged cars). A mate had it done and all the moisture from the head filled the tank and back fed into the gearbox, ouch, nearly very exspensive.

I am not I decided to dump everything overboard (saving some weight) that wasn't my pic I borrowed it!

i got one hooked up to the cam breather with a mini k&n on the catch tank

was thinking about dumping the mini k&n and routing it back onto the air pipe connector

i think they worth having as the air pipe and tb get well oily, just take off your throttle body and looked underneath the butterfly to see oil and carbon stuck everywhere

best thing you can do is give the engine cold clean air and remove the egr pipe, the inlet manifold is always full of crap from the breather

Definately leave the catch tank in place with the breather on it. You'll still get oily mist going back into the inlet if you connect it back up. I emptied my catch tank a couple of weeks ago. I was suprised at how the oily mist condenses in the tank.
