Matt I've had my windows re-tinted on my Astra, had limo black on the rear, same as before, and 70% on the front, which is the lightest film available. Looks the dogs danglies, and sooo much better than my DIY attempt. I'll get some pics up at some point when the weather pics up in sheffield www.fadeandshade.co.uk It still a bit difficult to get a decent picture as it's been pissing it down all day. But as you can see, from certain angles, the front looks pretty dark, but when stood next to it, you can hardly tell.
Andy i was gonna get mine tinted last year but couldn't find anyone local who would do my front windows so never bothered.

Matt I'll get them up later on today. The front ones you can barely tell they are tinted, which is what I wanted, because I had Limo dark smoke on my last car, and it was too dark.
Andy_Coupe How does the front look as it will still be illegal? As standard astras has a 70% light tint on the front windows which is the legal limit. Want mine doing but hate the light to dark tint from front to back, would like a nice smoke look right across both windows!
Matt I'll wash my car tomorrow and post some pics up. Fade and Shade where I had mine done charges £180 for the whole car.
Gazza look good matt 😃 my get mine done a few weeks just i wont to go the same shade all round and i know if i get it done i will get pulled by the cops.. and will ask me to take them off :cry:
Matt It's quite good in Sheffield, the police are pretty slack, I never got pulled in my last car either, which had Limo Black on the front! But that was way to dark. I do wish I'd had the same shade all the way round as well, but I couldn't afford to have them all re-tinted, which I why I stuck with Limo black on the rear 1/4's. I will be having them re-done a lighter shade when I have some more ££ And those pics don't do it any justice, it looks a lot better when it's not covered with water, and the sun is out. From certain angles, it all looks the same shade. Will try and get some better pics when the weather pics up.
