hi once again ,

does anyone know of any work that can be done on the OE injectors on the 2.2 t oimprove fuelling etc... or is there parts from vauxhalls elsewhere that i can have installed insted , i have no idea about any injector stuff , i just felt curious ( about the injectors ) 😃

From what i'm aware, there's no point changing the injectors until you reach 200bhp. The stock ones are good till then.

I was speaking to a couple of a guy on a U.S forum and he was saying about going for the Saab 2.0 Turbo Injectors instead of importing in the Cobalt SS Injectors and was also saying that the later Cobalt 2.2s use a 60mm Throttle Body which would be a straight swap for our 58mm Throttle Body...
I'm gonna contact a Saab Dealer tomorrow and order a set of 2.0T Injectors and see how they are I've got a R/R day coming up soon and now I have a 2.5" Downpipe and system I'm looking forward to seeing what I get from the Injectors and should hopefully have the cams on by then just waiting on a space for my mechanic to get the car in and get them fitted hopefully I won't have to wait for the Injectors and I'm thinking about getting the head skimmed but I want to talk to Mark or John from Courtenay before I do the head work to make sure it wont affect my plans!!! 😉

We do not have the same fuel pressure as US guys, useless to change them upto the 200 bhp mark
