K70_RAF The suppressor that comes in the courtenay kit is a big red block and is preventing the manifold going down and fitting on!!??? Any ideas as i dont want to start cutting the side of the manifold out if i dont have to. Can you fit the suppressor to the screw then the wire to the stud on the alternator??
vocky you are supposed to connect the suppressor wire to the stud on the alternator 🙂 then mount the suppressor on the side of the alternator
K70_RAF Panic over realised a way round sorry. Now though the FPR pipe has no connection onto the valve sent in the kit what do you do about that? And the valve doesn't fit into the original pipe off the side of the old manifold?
blue_se2 What size valve did they send if it's the smaller 8mm aprox servo pipe you maybe able to put that into the EVAP pipe as that is a smaller pipe??
K70_RAF Situation now is ive gotta cut the servo pipe connector off to get the one way valve on and leave the FPR pipe open to air (which i dont want to do) Ideally i need the valve with an FPR take off on it? Where do i get one?
