What car next???

I am really struggling with what vehicle i should own next??

The Rover coop turbo is just costing me to much in fuel, and the dropped suspension is starting to shake me to pieces.. Maybe im just getting old notsure.gif

Budget is 2k Tops..

So far the options as far as i can think are:

Four wheel drive (Frontera or Freelander) Diesel or petrol options

Cars:
Vectra, astra (Veccy b/c or astra g) 1.8 or 2 litre?
Ford mondeo newer shape, (Diesel/Petrol)
Vw Golf Gti mk3 (Only thing is there a little older than i wanted 🙁

All ideas welcomed people 🙂

Im not up on my french cars, so maybe some of you have had experience?

Such a personal choice mate, my last 2 car choices were swayed by the milage I do, the weekly mass shopping and the fact I may have 3 kids in the rear if we all go out.
Never thought Id buy other than Vauxhall but, the Kia for the money I had, gave me a better spec model than the Astra that I looked at. Mates just got a Mondeo Diesel and rates it very highly....(pxd for the Courtenay tuned Astra turbo Sri that I think your mate looked at a while ago)

Yeh i agree, I personaly like the bigger cars on the market, Very tempted with the mondeo, but i also like the vectra's like matt's?

Yeh thats the one, was a beast that astra i must say.

To be honest its more about reliability and fuel economy with me, But i cant go to samll on the engine a i think i would regret it?

How is the Kia? Looks nice in the piccys :-)

I prefer the Vectra over the Mondeo but I`ve always liked Vauxhalls. . . and the C is a great looking shape.

The Astra was meant to be a bit of a handfull...it sure shifted but was hard to drive it any other way than like a looney!!!!!
........the Kia`s been great, love driving it, just hate trying to keep it clean. lol

Yeh i tend to lean to vx's if im honest.. The c is lush!! Then i kinda love the b's mainly because i have had two now i guess, Yeh black is a killer keeping clean!!

My focus was a struggle to keep clean as it was black!!!
