They had the car all this time - and now please read my email to them
Guys you have had my car for well over a month now, I asked for the back box to be returned the gentleman that I spoke to this morning even read it out to me on the notes, and guess what, it's not here? also where has all my fuel gone? it has been returned to me with 6 miles worth in the tank? what's the crack with that? and also why is the wall where the spare tire goes all dented, it is fresh dents because there all nice and shiny?!
please can you come back to me asap?
Had a call from them and they asked for proof! - have a look should the dents be there? and where's my fu@king exhaust

Please see attached photo's, as you can see they look pretty fresh as far as dents go, is that the heat shield? should they be there? also the millage attached, the car was in no way sent off with only 6 miles worth of fuel in it!!! as for the exhaust I have been told by SJ Curtis on 3 occasions that it would be returned to me and also the insurance company said that I could have it? So please can you look in to this?
The rubbing on the breaks only occurs when reversing the vehicle, as stated many times so why you were driving it around instead of reversing it beats me, and the pads look like they have plenty of life left in them to me, they did not rub until I was hit from behind with my foot firmly on the break pedal.
